These return terms apply to purchases made from Olivorn in Switzerland. Eligibility for returns is limited to purchasers of services or bookings provided by Olivorn and any accompanying goods or materials provided in connection with those services. Eligibility may be affected by the type of booking or package purchased and by applicable local regulations.
Return Window
Requests to cancel or request a refund must be submitted within the timeframes stated at the time of purchase or booking confirmation. Specific programs or suites may carry different cancellation terms; where a separate term applies, that term governs the return window for that item or booking.
Item Condition Requirements
Physical items supplied as part of a program must be returned in the condition described at delivery. - Retain proof of postage or tracking information until the return is acknowledged.
Refunds
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable administrative period after receipt and inspection of returned items or after confirmed cancellation of services. Timing of the refund may depend on the payment provider and processing schedules.
Transactions
- Transactions for alternative dates or comparable program components may be offered at Olivorn’s discretion and subject to availability.
- Requests for Transactions should be submitted promptly and will be handled according to current availability and any applicable differential charges.
